If you need to reschedule, your deposit will be transferred to the new date. However, canceling without rescheduling will result in the forfeiture of your deposit. We enforce a 24-hour cancellation policy, and our booking system sends a reminder 72 hours before your appointment. Please be aware that our late policy allows a 10 minute grace period. Beyond that, an additional $10.00 fee will apply. Exceeding this grace period may result in appointment cancellation. Cancelling, rescheduling, or being a no-show outside the grace period incurs a 90% charge of your total service. This also applies to morning-of cancellations, as they fall outside the grace period. ————————————— ———📍Location📍 We are located at 7127 Gadsden hwy suite 211 Trussville ,Al 35173 . Extra guests are only permitted if discussed in advance. ⛔️ PAYMENT⛔️ Please note a there’s 3% card fee when checking out. To avoid this fee, you can bring cash, pay with Cash App, pay with Apple Pay , and you can go on my website www.esthimoon.com and pay for services in installments. That must be set up prior to your appointment. You will receive a receipt via text or email. Cancellation Policy
I charge a 50% cancellation fee for any no shows and cancellations that are not within the cancellation window. Anyone that no shows will be prohibited from booking again. All appointments, new and pre booked appointments will be automatically charged a deposit. If you decide you no longer want to keep your appointment and cancel you forfeit your deposit. If you just need to reschedule the original date and time please do so online ..there is now availability for this. If you’re still having trouble please text (205) 963-2097 and I will do it for you.
